This first floor ski-in/out residence is a tremendous value. Offering a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, two guest suites - each with a king bed and attached bathroom, plus two twin beds in the den. Additional features include an in-unit boot dryer, ski storage on the patio steps from Cinch ski trail, washer/dryer and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests will appreciate the private patio as well as complimentary shuttle service, a fitness center, lap pool and hot tubs.
Enjoy an open living concept that combines the kitchen and dining areas with additional patio space right on the ski slopes. There is plenty of privacy between bedrooms and tons of storage space. Put your boots on the industrial boot warmer when your day is over!
Located at the end of Highlands Lane in a cul-de-sac, Slopeside is an easy condo to find. An electric key-code allows you to enter the garage with easy elevator access to the unit. Don't forget to use the carts provided for luggage!
Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Highlands Ln. Only traffic in and around the building is staying there.
Drive straight into the heated garage underneath the condo. There is one parking spot per unit. Ask me where else to park!

Fireplace
Fireplaces are wood burning.
- Make sure flue is open.
- The flue handle is located inside the fireplace above the grate.
- Please leave glass doors open while burning.
- Keep the screen closed.

- Beaver Creek Parking Lot Express runs daily, 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Beaver Creek Village Connect will offer on-demand rides daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Bachelor Gulch Services: Bachelor Gulch Employee Shuttle runs daily, 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. Bachelor Gulch Village Connect offers rides daily, 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Slopeside private hot tub
The Slopeside hot tub can be found on the first floor, labeled (1) in the elevator. Exit the elevator to the left and you will find a door that is labeled “Hot Tub”. The door code is 135.
Community pool and hot tub
The pool and hot tubs are open daily from 8:00am-10:00pm.
Towels and showers are in the locker rooms on the lobby floor of the Highlands Lodge.
Ski Locker
- Your unit has a ski locker unique to it. No need to access the community locker on floor 1. Just open the cabinet by the patio doors!
